About the event

Join us at The Camden Music Festival where we will be hosting our very own stage featuring Camden's rising talent.

London, August 2025 – Iconic Camden haunt The Good Mixer is taking centre stage at the first- ever Camden Music Festival with Camden Rising – a two-day celebration of the best up-and-coming talent from the capital’s grassroots music scene.

Taking place on 13th and 14th September 2025, Camden Rising will run from 12pm to 8pm

each day and is completely free to attend. With a dynamic programme of live music, DJs,

outdoor bars, street food, and activities for all ages, the event promises to capture the energy

and creativity that Camden is known for.

Saturday shines a spotlight on female-led acts, with standout performances from rising stars

including Dirty Blonde, The Moonlight Sirens, and The Colourblind Monks. On Sunday, the

stage shifts gear with an electric lineup of Britpop, punk, and rock acts, featuring The Velvet

Hands, Rolla and The Dead Freights, plus more to be announced.

“Camden has always been known for its immense contribution to the music scene,” says Sarah

Wynter, Creative Director at The Good Mixer. “It’s so wonderful to be able to showcase some of

the incredible rising talent coming out of the area.”

The Good Mixer’s Camden Rising stage is part of the Camden Music Festival, a brand new annual

celebration of Camden’s cultural heartbeat. This year’s wider festival features performances

from legends including Madness, The Specials, and Norman Jay MBE, plus a curated stage

from Mi-Soul Radio.
